Tampax Menstrual Cup Review

  I received a free sample of the Tampax Cup to try from SheSpeaks and these are my own opinions. Pros: 1.Save Money 2.Empty them every 12 hours unless you are having a heavy flow cycle maybe take it down to 9 hours. 3.While wearing the cup you can continue a normal life, working out freely, including swimming. 4.No big leaks (first time users wear a pantie liner in case of  accidental leakage) 5.It is reusable, you won’t produce waste. 6.There is no smell. Cons: 1.Not all menstrual cups are the right size for you. It all depends on how low or high your cervix is. 2.Toxic shock syndrome (TSS) can occur with the use of menstrual cups. TSS is a rare but serious disease that may cause death. Putting the Tampax Menstrual Cup was not a problem for me, but I did look up for a video tutorial on how to use a menstrual cup before using mine. I really liked that these cups have anti-suction holes around the rim, that helps to prevent leakage and make the removal
