The F.I.T. Belt  Sports Belt is made of    high quality spandex and nylon, and is machine-washable. It has multiple areas to put your keys, money, id, and cell phone. The pocket in the front is secured with a hidden zipper and two side pouches are deep, it really holds a lot of items. It has a little clamp  for your key or for your dog leash if you want to attach it to your waist. I like it because the belt stays in place even while I jog.      I got this swim cap set because my son and I are taking swimming classes and I don’t want to deal with the chlorine damage on my hair.       I really like the cap and really work, keep the water out, very easy to put on and does not pull my hair .      This is my very first bamboo Shredded Memory Foam pillow and I didn’t think I would like it, because is not as firm and heavy. It comes in a cute bag with a handle, very nice packing.      I removed the pillow from the packaging and it was flat and compacted.  I started to separate the memory foam with my hands and the pillow fluffed and formed. Then I lay out the pillow for a couple of hours and fluffed even more, the pillow size is Queen.       I suffer from migraines and neck pain almost every other day and this pillow is especially designed to provide support on your neck and for keeping your spine in alignment. I have noticed such a drastic change in my back and neck.  I don’t have any pain on my neck or my middle back when I wake up in the morning and my migraines are decreasing. Hello my friends: Our dog is very important for us as a family. He is a toy Yorkie called Jasper, he is 4 years old and is very spoil by all of us.    We absolutely love him and wanted to give him something for this upcoming Halloween.  He is a lucky dog because not only we love him, but I am a product reviewer and recently was picked to give my review on the Cesar Home Delights Dog Food.
